The Foxtrot

Foxtrot is a dance of both fast and slow rhythmic steps. It often requires the dancer to make long, continuous and graceful movements to the beat of music that ranges from frantically fast to tensely slow. Because of this, Foxtrot is exquisitely versatile, accommodating for both the character of the tune and the dancer.

Come to our studio to learn everything from the basics such as the Forward Basic, the Back Basic and the Promenade, all the way up to the advanced moves such as the Grapevines and the Curved Feathers that you don’t even know you’ve been dreaming of.

We offer classes for dancers of all levels – beginner, intermediate and advanced – for individuals, couples and special groups alike, so that our instructors can cater to the individual needs of all of their students.

If, upon reading this you find yourself itching to start learning please do contact us. We would be happy to help with any inquiries you may have.
